SRC Team Seaport Experience
Zone 1 - Northeast
The SRC Team currently has personnel on-site at the major NUWC
and NSWC locations in the Northeast Zone. The existing SRC Team
contracts in Zone 1 encompass tasking in all of the SEAPORT-e
functional areas supporting the core NAVSEA Product Area
Directorates. SRC has a divisional office (shared with parent
company and teammate, PESystems, Inc.) in Zone 1, and the company
has a significant presence in Newport, RI. Likewise, teammates L-3
Comm, General Dynamics and DDL-OMNI all have major offices in
the Northeast.
Zone 2 - National Capital
To support Zone 2, the SRC Team has offices throughout the
National Capital region (SRC has offices in Fairfax, Virginia and
Gaithersburg, Maryland.) The Team has a strong presence at NSWC
Carderock and NSWC Dahlgren, and prime contracts with both
divisions. The Team experience in the National Capital region covers
the majority of the SEAPORT-e functional areas to support the
technical capabilities of the Carderock and Dahlgren divisions.
Zone 3 - Mid-Atlantic
The SRC Team is fully prepared to support Zone 3 with Team office
locations in the Norfolk - Tidewater area of Virginia. SRC's Fleet
Support Center in Virginia Beach, convenient to the Norfolk naval
facilities and the Combat Systems Direction Activity at Dam Neck,
will be the hub of Team efforts in Zone 3. The SRC Team has a large
work force in the Mid Atlantic region to support the engineering and
Fleet support projects in the SEAPORT-e functional areas at CSDA and
other NAVSEA facilities.
Zone 4 - Gulf Coast
The SRC Team qualifies in Zone 4 based on our teammate, P E
Systems, office location in San Antonio, Texas and relevant Team
experience. Our Teammate, P E Systems, Inc., provides Command and
Control (C2) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to Electronic
Systems Center (ESC) system acquisition programs and development
planning projects during all phases of the acquisition cycle under
the ESC PASS IDIQ contract. These services support ESC organization
policy development, decision making, management and administration;
support ESC program and/or project management and administration;
provide management and support services for ESC research and
development (R&D) activities; provide engineering and technical
support services for ESC programs; and improve the effectiveness of
ESC management processes or procedures. Through the IDIQ contract, P
E Systems also provides support to ESC's geographically separated
units, such as the Cryptologic Support Group (CPSG) located at
Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX.
The SRC Team's Zone 4 workforce offers the Navy a robust mix of
personnel with in-depth experience across multiple technical
disciplines. SRC will draw upon its total team's workforce that
comprises several thousand well-qualified people that can support
Seaport-e tasks. SRC and many of our teammates have been providing a
similar level of support for over 30 years during which we have been
the leading support contractor in terms of quality, volume and
service in Zone 4.
Zone 5 - Midwest
The SRC Team qualifies in Zone 5 based on our teammate, P E
Systems, office location in Dayton, Ohio. SRC's teammate, P E
Systems, delivers a wide range of diverse engineering,
manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative,
security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation,
litigation, government property management, acquisition logistics,
and financial management support to the Aeronautical Systems Center
(ASC) functional and System Program Offices, and tenant commands at
Wright-Patterson AFB OH under the CAPS IDIQ contract. The SRC Team's
Zone 5 workforce offers the Navy a robust mix of personnel with
in-depth experience across multiple technical disciplines. SRC will
draw upon its team's workforce that comprises several thousand
well-qualified people that can support Seaport-e tasks.
Zone 6 - Southwest
SRC teammates, Lockheed Martin and Systems Resources and
Application Corporation (SRA) maintain a 50,000 square-foot support
facility located 20 minutes from NSWC Port Hueneme and offices in
San Diego CA, respectively. Our Team's capability to perform the
requirements at NSWC Port Hueneme is demonstrated by 20 years of
directly relevant support provided by our teammate, Lockheed Martin,
as a prime service provider at NSWC PHD. Lockheed has provided the
full spectrum of In-Service Engineering requirements on all of the
combat and weapon systems on all classes of ships. Lockheed staffs
supported T&E, CSSQTs, TBMD, Special Projects, and Modernization
Availability Test Support. Lockheed provided R&M Engineering
Services to support the NSWC Port Hueneme in the investigation and
resolution of In-Service R&M issues. Lockheed also provided
comprehensive Fleet Introduction, Installation and Checkout support
to NSWC Port Hueneme.
SRA's logistical expertise enables us to perform a myriad of
tasks associated with material management, acquisition, and
sustainment of DoD systems. Such tasks include day-to-day support,
acting as a mediator and catalyst between DoD field customers and
depot activities. SRA provides acquisition logistics support and has
conducted acquisition logistics assessments.
Zone 7 - Northwest
SRC teammate, Systems Resources and Application Corporation
(SRA), currently maintains a Zone 7 office located in Bremerton, WA.
SRA's engineering services include project management, systems
engineering, security engineering, network design, software
development, database design and development, and test and
evaluation. SRA develops system concepts, define requirements,
design architectures, and integrate complex mission-critical
systems. SRA uses the methodologies, tools, and techniques of
business process redesign to help clients systematically examine
their business enterprises to identify and implement changes that
can significantly improve performance, cost effectiveness, quality,
and client satisfaction. SRA helps clients to create a performance
focused organizational culture and to develop and deploy the systems
and processes to boost productivity and results. SRA uses an
integrated performance management model that translates strategic
goals into annual performance targets and defines, assesses, and
reinforces employee behaviors and outcomes tailored to
organizational structures and work culture.
SRA is heavily involved in the training of government command and
control, planning, execution, and information systems. SRA maintains
a full complement of courseware developers and instructors who
collectively possess hands-on experience in military command and
control systems; command center operations at all levels of command;
and joint planning and execution activities at all levels and
commands. SRA is currently qualified to teach automated courses,
conduct quality control analysis, evaluate student comprehension,
evaluate course content and instructional procedures, and provide
recommendations for change.
